Histoy:

Swimming has been known since prehistoric times. Drawings from the Stone Age were found in "the cave of swimmers" from around 6.000 years ago.
The most important dates are:
-In 1538, Nikolaus Wynman n wrote the first swimming book. -Swimming was a part of the first modern Olympic games in 1896 in Athens.

Equipment:

You should buy a cap of latex, it's the best. A swimsuit of quality texture, and pair of water glasses. That's all!

Swimming language:

-Front crawl, is usually regarded as the fastest swimming style developed.
-Back crawl, is another swimming style and the only regulated style swum on the back.
-The butterfly, is a style of swimming when you swim on the breats, with both arms moving simultanesously.
-Breaststroke, is one of the four styles swum on the breast. It is the most popular recreational style due to its stability and the ability to keep the head out of the water at all times.

Favourite swimmer:

Mark Andrew Spitz. He holds the record for most gold medals won in a single Olympic Games (seven).
When he was two years old, his family moved to Hawaii, where he learned to swim. At the age of six, his family returned to Sacramento, California, and he began to compete at his local swimming club.

I think that life in the future will be worse than now, because the weather is chanching very quickly and it sometimes causes some disasters.
These disasters with the years will be harder and there will be other problems on the Earth.
The most important for the future will be water, food and places to live.
We must follow all the recomenations that scients are giving to us... like going to places by bus, not by car; not wasing water, etc.
If we don't pay attentions to these recomentarions, in some years the planet will be very hot, we won't have enough water because the rivers will be dry or polluted, some places will desapear because the sea level will rise.

I just try to feel optimistic, but when people don't do nothint to stop these disasters... I don't know what will happens in the future.

We can do little things to help the world became a nice place for all of us, but we can't keep still.

I’m writing this email from Catalonia.

I really like Italy because the weather is very sunny and hot and the people are very nice.

I’m staying in a hotel which isn’t too expensive but it’s very comfortable.

During the day I visit the museums and the monuments.

For the meals I eat a lot of Italian food, it’s really delicious.

I’d like to return here next Summer, because here I always have a good time.

Last Summer I was in London with my family.

We were staying in a house with another family.

When we arrived in London, the weather was already bad, it was raining every day!

Every day the roads were flooded withwater and more water…

One day that we were having lunch, the water began to enter underneath the door!

The neighbours began to clear their house, so we did too. But the water level was raising…

It was a new experience for me, so I was a little scared; all the families were scared!

The water was very dirty and I was very scaredat the thoughtthat I could finish under that water…

Outside we heard a big noise. There was a helicopter! It was coming to rescue people.

Afterwards, I and my family wentback home; afterwards * I felt very relaxed…

In my collage the colour is blue because I think it's a colour related to calm and relax; I don't like being worried.
There are a lot of photos about people who I love.
There is a photo of me where I'm making biscuits because I love cooking. Andthere isa big photo of chocolate cake, it makes me crazy!
There is another photo where it says: feel good; my friends and I, love going to dance there!
There is a photo of my cat, it's very beautiful!!!
